NEW TO CHARTER:
Download the new Charter 3.1 here. You may not have the necessary Microsoft .NET Framework 2 and you will need that installed first. Run charter3.exe and you are done. You may copy Charter3 to anywhere in your hard drive, as long as the 3 other .dll files goes with it (or else bloomberg tv won't load).

Updates from Charter 3.0:
Version 3.1 includes fixed bugs as well as additional features such as a 5-day chart available for each stock, a sector map, and a major indices charts section.

What is Charter?
